加藤は、これまで一貫して医薬品、FMCGのサプライチェーン業務に携わり、グローバル製薬会社であるムンディファーマ株式会社にては12年間オペレーションのリーダーとして従事し、日本国内のサプライチェーンのみならず、APACリージョンのオペレーションを統括管理する責務を担いました。
「ライフサイエンス業界に携わる者として患者様のQOL向上への寄与のために、業務プロセスを見極め、機会最大化を実現することを信条としております。オペレーションはサポート部隊でありますが、製品が動くところ全てに関わる、市場供給への最後の砦のような重要な存在です。今後は、体制づくりによる組織力の向上、各手順整備等、サプライチェーンの強固な確立に取り組んで参ります」

Mizuki Kato, Operations Director
Kato san has built her career throughout in supply chain operations for Pharmaceutical /FMCG companies and with 12 years of experience as an operations leader at a global pharmaceutical company Mundipharma K.K., she had been heading the APAC Regional Supply Chain function including Japan in her previous role.
"Being engaged in life science industry, my beliefs are to value operational processes maximizing opportunities which enables QOL improvement for patients. Operations are support functions, however are essential being the last defense of market supplies taking part in all movements of the products. I intend to establish strong supply chain operation by building a firm team structure and developing streamlined procedures."
Kato san is a graduate of Dokkyo University with a B.A. Foreign Studies (English).
